Our current printer and copier service company is not willing to service any machines which they did not sell us. Rob, the owner of GTS, is the exact opposite; he is happy to service any machine regardless of whom we purchased it from. We were having a problem replacing a toner cartridge. Instead of doing a service call and charging us $160 plus parts, Rob diagnosed the problem over the phone free of charge. Rob is a both a knowledgeable and competent professional and a friendly, honest, and respectful gentleman. I most highly recommend GTS Copier Services based on my interaction with Rob; I personally would not think of calling anyone else. Update: We had our first service call from GTS. Rob, one of the owners, diagnosed the problems we were having with 2 copiers. He provided efficient, knowledgeable, and friendly service and offered several remedies, including the least costly ones available. Rob is an honest man who looks out for his clients interests; I would not think of calling anyone else, because GTS exceeds expectations.
